How is this different from JPG to PDF?
JPG to PDF is the simplest tool: one photo per page. This one does more:
- More formats: PNG, WEBP, GIF, BMP, AVIF and iPhone HEIC photos, as well as JPG.
- Several images per sheet: 2, 4 or 6 images on each page, to print using less paper.
- Original quality: screenshots and PNG images go into the PDF without any loss, with text perfectly sharp.
What it’s for
- Combining screenshots of chats, payment receipts or app screens into a single PDF to send or keep.
- Printing several receipts or coupons on one sheet instead of one per page.
- Putting the front and back of an ID card or driver’s license on one page for an application.
- Making a PDF from iPhone photos without converting from HEIC first.
- Turning PNG artwork, menus and posters into a file that’s easy to print.
The options
- Images per page: with 2, images are stacked one above the other; with 4, in a 2 × 2 grid; with 6, in a 2 × 3 grid. Each image fits its space without stretching.
- Page size: A4 is the standard in most of the world; Letter is the US standard. Image size (one per page only) makes each page match the shape of its image, with no white bands.
- Orientation: with Automatic, landscape images get landscape pages.
- Margin: None puts the image edge to edge; Small (1 cm) and Large (2 cm) leave white space, which is better for printing.
- Quality: Smaller file scales very large images down to print resolution (300 dpi) for a light PDF. Original quality keeps the image size and stores PNG without compression, ideal for screenshots with small text.
Your images never leave your device
The PDF is built by your own browser. No image is uploaded to a server, which matters for documents and receipts. No sign-up, no watermark and no image limit.
Frequently asked questions
How do I put the front and back of an ID on one page?
Add the photo of the front and the back, choose 2 images per page and a Small margin. Both end up one above the other on a single sheet.
Is the text in screenshots readable?
Yes. With Original quality, the image goes in exactly as it is. Even with Smaller file, phone screenshots stay sharp, because they’re already below the downscaling limit.
Does it work with iPhone HEIC photos?
Yes. Safari opens them directly; in Chrome, Edge and Firefox the page downloads a HEIC reader once and converts them on your device.
Can I combine the PDF with another PDF?
Yes, with merge PDF. To go the other way and turn PDF pages into images, use PDF to image.
Why is my PDF big?
Probably because you chose Original quality with phone photos. Switch back to Smaller file, or run the PDF through compress PDF.
